What this store keeps about you, and why.
This page describes how the store currently works. Wording that needs a business or legal decision is marked and should be reviewed before launch.
What we store
When you place an order, the store records:
- your name, phone number and, if you give one, your email
- the delivery address you enter, and any delivery note
- what you ordered, at the price you were shown
With an account, the store also keeps your name, email, and the default delivery address you save.
What stays in your browser
Your cart, your wishlist and any coupon code you have applied are kept in your own browser. The cart is copied to the store only while you are signed in, so it follows you between devices.
Cookies
A sign-in cookie keeps you logged in. If you order as a guest, a cookie tied to that single order lets you reopen it without entering your phone number again; it expires on its own. The store sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
Who else sees your data
Product images are hosted by Cloudinary. Order data stays in the store's own database. Any courier or other partner that will receive delivery details still needs to be named here.
Asking for your data or its removal
Contact the store and we will retrieve or remove what we hold about you. The retention period for completed orders needs to be decided.
