How do I pay?
Cash on delivery. You pay the courier when your order arrives. No online payment method is connected to this store, so nothing is taken in advance.
What does delivery cost?
৳60 inside Dhaka and ৳120 elsewhere in Bangladesh, free on orders over ৳3,000. The exact charge is shown before you place the order.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out with just your name, phone number and address. An account keeps your orders in one place and saves your delivery details for next time.
How do I track my order?
Every order has a tracking page showing its current stage. Signed in, find it under your orders. As a guest, use your order number and the phone number you ordered with.
How do I use a coupon?
Enter the code in your cart or at checkout and press Apply. The discount is confirmed by the store, and checked again when you place the order — so a code that expires in between will not go through.
Why can't I select a size or colour?
A greyed-out option means that exact combination is either sold out or was never made. Choosing a different colour usually opens up different sizes.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us with your order number before it ships. See the returns page for what happens after that.
